The project is focused on improving institutional governance, procurement processes and technical decision-making mechanisms in the water sector in line with international standards.
The main objective is to provide professional support for procurement, technical evaluation, project document review, contractual approaches and audit processes. BF Engineering assesses technical documentation, provides engineering-based recommendations and supports transparent, efficient processes aligned with the requirements of international financial institutions.
The FOPIP — State Water Agency Consulting project is important for improving water-sector governance, strengthening procurement processes, supporting evidence-based technical decisions and enabling modern infrastructure projects to be implemented more transparently and efficiently.
