BF Engineering completed Ø630 and Ø720 main pipeline construction and installation works in Jizzakh, Uzbekistan, under the Djizzak City Bulk Water Supply System Improvements project.
Within the Asian Development Bank-financed “Djizzak City Bulk Water Supply System Improvements” project, construction and installation works for a 12.5 km main water pipeline in Jizzakh, Uzbekistan were successfully completed.
The main objective was to strengthen the city’s existing water supply infrastructure, ensure more reliable, sustainable and safe water transmission, and apply modern engineering solutions in line with growing urban demand.
The project included delivery of Ø630 and Ø720 main pipeline sections to site, trench excavation, pipe installation, jointing works, testing processes and related engineering utility works in accordance with international technical standards.
The completed works contributed to improving the resilience of Jizzakh’s water supply system, supporting uninterrupted and efficient water transmission and meeting the population’s long-term drinking water needs more reliably.
