Pipeline route surveying and planning
Field measurements are carried out along the pipeline route, the route is planned, existing utilities and obstacles are considered, and the optimal alignment and execution sequence are defined.
Preparation, excavation and earthworks
Site preparation, trench excavation, bedding layer formation, backfilling, drainage and required protection measures are carried out along the pipeline route.
Pipe laying, joining and testing
Metal, HDPE, PVC and composite pipes are placed along the trench, welding and joining works are performed, tightness checks, pressure tests and commissioning preparation are ensured.
Crossing natural and artificial obstacles
Pipelines are passed across roads, rivers, channels, railways and other obstacles in accordance with technical standards, with safe separation and connection to existing utilities.
